I build software by day and chase light the rest of the time.
I'm a Software Engineering graduate from Macquarie University (Honours) with hands-on experience across healthcare, aviation, and research — building healthcare APIs at IBM and AI-powered translation tools at CAVR.
I love shipping things: retrieval and agent systems, Flutter apps, Chrome extensions. Lately that's meant AI systems where the interesting part is proving they work — evals, ablations, numbers you can check.
Off the clock it's model kits, sim racing, die-casts, cycling, PC builds, Dota 2, the gym — and a camera on every walk. Some of what it catches is in the gallery.

Hybrid retrieval, tool-calling over MCP, prompt-injection guardrails, and an eval harness. Runs fully offline with no API keys.
A 28M-parameter transformer written from scratch, paired with a kNN retrieval memory it can lean on while writing.
Answers questions about a specific library version, then grades itself by executing the code in a sandbox against that version.
Compares educational syllabi against live job postings to identify curriculum skill gaps, with interactive visualisations.
Rich text editing, image insertion, colour-coding, and smart summarisation via the Anthropic Claude API.
Saving, restoring, and managing browser tab sessions. Built with Manifest V3, service workers, and cross-device settings sync.
